You can learn to overcome your stress by learning to relax, by learning to be more comfortable with the situation. Relaxing is like taking a breath or taking a bath. It has the effect of calming the nervous system and getting you more relaxed. How can I make myself more comfortable? If you are going to go into a situation with a lot of stress, you must find a way to relax and calm yourself down. This means you must learn how to enjoy the situation more.
