There are many ways to save money and avoid medical bills. Here are a few of my favorites:
Saving money on medical bills is easy if you shop around. For example, I know that many smokers can save a lot of money by buying a lower quality cigarette, which are usually higher in tar and nicotine. In addition, you don't have to smoke the same brand of cigarettes for a year and a half.
Other sources include discount cigarette coupons, smoking cessation coupons, coupons and discounts on insurance plans. Another way to save money on your health care costs is by using an online bill pay program. This allows you to pay your bills online, and you get a receipt that is kept on your computer so that you can track your bill payments. I have found that online bills pay programs work well. If you use your credit card, the payments don't get charged to your card until you pay.
